Lula Mae Alexander (nee Pierce) Born May 13, 1937 in Louin, MS. She went home to be with the Lord on January 15, 2010. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Marilyn. She leaves to mourn legacy, her husband of 28 years, Abraham Alexander, seven children, Evonne Brown, Robert, Richard (Shelda) and Antonio Pierce, Shauntae, Desmond and Cortez Alexander, 13 grandkids, 31 great-grandkids and a host of other family and friends. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 21, 2010 from 6:00-8:00 pm at the funeral home and Friday, January 22, 2009 10 am at Mt. Zion Baptist Church, 402 Singleton Pl., Joliet, IL.
