Eula Jane Mattingly, 86, of Cloverport died Friday, December 6, 1996, at her home. She was born in Breckinridge County, was a retired grocery store owner and was a member of Cloverport Baptist Church. Her husband, James M. Mattingly, died April 11, 1974. Survivors include a son, Jim Mattingly of Cloverport; a daughter, Doris Jean O'Reilly of Cloverport; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; a brother, John H. Miller of Cloverport; and two sisters, Mary Beavin of Cloverport and Hilma Pate of Lewisport. Services are at 2 p.m. Sunday at Cloverport Baptist Church. Burial will be in Cloverport Cemetery. Visitation is after 2:30 p.m. today at Wallace Funeral Home in Cloverport. The family requests that expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to the Cloverport Baptist Church.
