According to The Breckenridge News, (Cloverport, Ky.) 1876-1955, February 2, 1910:

It has been definitely determined that Arthur Goebel will be buried beside his brother in the Frankfort cemetery, his funeral will be at St. Paul's German Protestant church in Covington, on Sunday, afternoon at 2:30 o'clock. The Rev. Mr. Smith will conduct the services, and Robert B. Franklin will deliver the funeral address. On Monday morning the body will leave Covington and Frankfort on the Queen and Crescent railroad, by way of Georgetown, arriving in Frankfort shortly before noon. From that time until Thursday it will be in the chapel in the Frankfort cemetery. Justus Goebel and other members of the family will not come to Frankfort until Wednesday night. The train bearing the body will be met at Frankfort by the reception committee of citizens, and a detail will escort it to the chapel.

Arthur Goebel is described as being the heart-broken brother of Gov. William Goebel, who was assasinated just after being elected to office.
