Mrs. Laura Alice Carr, 60 years old, died last night at a local hospital. Born in Buchanan county, she had been a lifelong resident of Agency, Mo. She was the widow of John Carr. Surviving are three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Henderson, Atchison, Kan.; Mrs. Roma Shoemaker, Agency, and Mrs. Alva Lambert, Albuquerque, N.M.; two sons, Elmer and John Carr Jr., Agency; two brothers, Frank and Nelson Stewart, St. Joseph, and 11 grandchildren. She was a member of the Agency Methodist Church. The body is at the Rupp mortuary.

Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Alice Carr will be conducted at 2 p.m. tomorrow at the Agency Methodist Church. The body will be removed from the Rupp mortuary to the church at 1 p.m. Burial will be in Agency Cemetery. Mrs. Carr, 60 years old, died Monday night at a local hospital.
