John Carr Sr., 66 years old, died yesterday afternoon at his home in Agency, Mo. Mr. Carr was employed as a machinist by Buchanan County. For many years, he managed farm crews which worked during harvest season. He was born in Kentucky, and had lived most of his life in Buchanan County. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Laura Carr of the home; three daughters, Mrs. Pauline Henderson, Atchison, Kans., Miss Roma Carr, Agency, and Mrs. Alva Lambert, Albuquerque, N. M.; two sons, Elmer Carr and John Carr, Jr., both of Agency; two brothers, Fred Carr, Faucett, Mo., and Bud Carr, Forest City, Mo.; a sister, Mrs. Tilley Pike, Easton, Mo.; and eight grandchildren. The body is at the Rupp mortuary.

Pallbearers at services for John Carr Sr. at 2:30 this afternoon at the Agency Methodist Church will be Raymond Stewart, Ben Stanton, Clifton Carrington, L. B. Pike, Marvin Isaacs and William Stewart. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Rupp mortuary. Mr. Carr died Wednesday at his home in Agency.
