Mrs. Ella Wise, 89, a resident of Austin for the past 44 years, died at her home, 70 Walter Street, at noon Saturday. She had been a member of the Methodist Church since her childhood.

She is survived by two daugthers, Mrs. Jack M. Owings of Houston and Mrs. Charles Schrader Jr. of Austin; three sons, Oscar Wise of Del Valle, Foster Wise and Homer Wise of Austin; also 17 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at the Wilke Funeral Home Sunday at 4 p. m. with the Rev. C. R. Hardy officiating, assisted by the Rev. John K. Beery.

Pallbearers will be B. Hendrickson, E. Hendrickson, L. Krebs, R. A. Anglin, E. J. Simpson and Claude Carson. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery.
