Son of Edward Moore (1930-1997) and Irene Puzewska Moore (1930-2014). Brother to Daniel Edward Moore (1949-), John Joseph Moore (1953-), Constance Irene Moore Andrews (1959-), Martin Thomas Moore (1961-), Robert Allen Moore (1968-) and Michael John Moore (1975-). Edward was born mildly retarded and with a diseased optic nerve which left him legally blind. When he was young he attended Laval, a school for the Blind in New York City. He also attended and graduated from the Dutchess County BOCES. He then worked in a sheltered workshop called ARC for 25 years. He loved Polka Music and food. He suffered a stroke which left him in a paralyzed state. He remained this way for about 4 years until he was called home on Dec. 13, 2008.
