Mrs. RUBY CRABTREE MORRIS, 57 was killed Tuesday night at 8 p.m. when she was struck by a Highway Patrol cruiser driven by Patrolman Steve Webb.
It was reported that officer Webb struck the woman near York Institute as an approaching car's lights obscured his vision.
In the past five years, three other fatal accidents have happened on this short stretch of highway."
