English, R.R. 1 - Final rites for Winfred A. Beals, 77, farmer, were held a 2 P.M. Monday at the Dillman-Green Funeral Home in Marengo. Terry Kemp, pastor of the Syria Christian Church, officiated. Burial was in the Mt. Sterling cemetery.
He died Friday at the Orange County Hospital in Paoli. He had been in failing health for some time.
Survivors include his wife, the former Elva Brown, a daughter, Mrs Gloria Belcher, of Greensburg, Kansas., a son, Ivan Ray Beals, of English, Route 1, and two grandchildren, and a great grandchild.
