The death of Mrs. T. W. Langford occurred last night at midnight, heart failure being the cause, Mrs. Langford having been ill only a few days. Mrs. Langford has been a resident of Fort Myers for many years, coming here with her husband in 1877. She was born in Madison County, Oct. 17, 1849 and was married to Mr. Langford May 4, 1871. They went to South Carolina, remaining there until 1875 when they returned to Manatee County, Florida, from which place they came to Fort Myers in 1877. Mrs. Langford was a true helpmate to Mr. Langford, sharing his burdens and ready always to do her part. The funeral took place today at 3 o'clock, the members of the Masonic and K.P. orders being represented at the ceremonies. The bereaved husband and children have the sympathy of the entire community.
