Funeral Services Set For Sister Of Carnegie Man
Funeral services for Mrs. Ragon Barnhill, Fort Sumner, N.M., a former Cache and Green Valley school teacher, will be held at 9 a./m. Friday from the Lindsay Catholic church.
Mrs. Barnhill who was a sister of Jim Fallon of Mountain View, and Tom Fallon of Carnegie, taught school from 1929 to 1939 at Cache and Green valley, but had been teaching at Fort Sumner the past 12 years. She died at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in an Oklahoma City hospital.
Born on August 8, 1907, at Lindsay, and reared in that community, she had attended Oklahoma City university and was graduated from the University of Oklahoma. She was married to Barnhill in 1944.
Survivors include her husband; three brothers, Tom of Carnegie, Jim of Mountain View and Charley of Fort Sumner, and one sister, Margaret Fallon of Fort Worth. Two brothers had preceded her in death, John in January, 1957, and W.P., in 1940.
