Clark was retired as a data processer in Peoria, Ill., after 29 years. He had been a resident of the Stuart Yacht and Country Club for six weeks and was a member of the BPO Elks No. 549 in Painsville.
Survivors include his widow, Lena Clark of Painsville and Stuart; one son, Robert E. Clark, and two daughters, Mrs. Patricia Moore and Miss Cathy Clark, all of Morton, Ill.; two brothers, Merle Clark and Ray Clark, and one sister, Mrs.Jan Roberts, all of Illinois, and four grandchildren.
Service and interment will be held in Morton, Ill., under the direction of Ludwig Mortuary.
Local arrangements are under the direction of Aycock Funeral home, Stuart.
