Chloe daughter of Lois Marsh & James William Bramble. She was the eleventh child of a family of thirteen children.

When Chloe was 10 years old her family was in a terrible automobile collision in Salt Lake City, Utah.

The Deseret News - Tue. Aug. 2, 1927
"The inquest which was conducted by assistant county attorney George Marshall was the outgrowth of an automobile accident at 27th So and state st., resulting in the death of Mrs. (Lois)Bramble and her son (James W. Bramble) and serious injury to two other children. Chloe, whose condition in the holy cross hospital is very serious, and Milton, who is suffering from internal injuries at the Salt Lake general hospital....the little girl, Dr. Anderson testified, that she was suffering from a multiple fracture of the pelvis and severe internal injuries."

She married Woodrow Hyrum Bird in 1932.
The cause of death listed on the State of Utah Death Certificate was General Peritonitis. This was from complications from a Caesarean Section of a Pregnancy on November 12, 1935. She was unable to deliver the baby under normal circimstances due to a deformed Pelvis. She was in Salt Lake City General Hospital for 24 days and her infant, at the same hospital, for 13 days. Mother and infant were buried together in Salt Lake City Cemetery.
