Louisa Antine "Tinnie" Cox.
On 23 Aug 1918, she married William Duncan "Dunk" Anderson in Hillsboro, TX.
They had two children: Floyd Duncan Anderson, Sr. (1916-1993) and Nannie Louise
"Lou" Anderson (1917-2008).
On 24 Nov 1918, Amma was admitted to hospital in Temple for treatment of an
infected boil on her upper lip; it caused bacterial blood poisoning and she died
four days later. Nannie was just 11 months old.
Following the death of Amma, 2-year old son Floyd stayed with their father;
however, Nannie was adopted by her maternal aunt (Great-Aunt Nan Lowrance) and
her husband (Great-Uncle George E Roberson), and took their last name.
Dunk Anderson remarried to Ada McElroy about 1920 and they had another daughter
(Opal Jo) and son (Edwin Dan).
