Hadley Watson of Clifty died Saturday, December 12 at Rolla Hospital where he was rushed Tuesday upon being taken ill of spinal meningitis. He was born October 25, 1910, being at the time of his death 26 years, 1 month, 16 days of age. Hadley leaves to mourn his departure his wife and two children, his parents Mr and Mrs Joe Watson; four sisters Mrs Ellen Schance, Mrs Cora Brown, Mrs Oma Hackler and Mrs Engra Allen; seven brothers Homer, Frank, George, Claude, Emmet, Leslie and Clemens, besides a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends. A sister preceded him in death several years ago. Reverend Sooter conducted the funeral services Saturday after which the body was tenderly laid to rest in the Clifty Cemetery. We extend sympathy.
