MISS LUCY V. CHISLEY (sic)
MATHEWS - Miss Lucy Virginia Chisley (sic), 78, died at her residence at Cobbs Creek on Monday, following a lingering illness.
Miss Chisley (sic) was a daughter of the late John R. and Rebecca Chisley (sic) and is survived by one brother, Johnny Chisley of Cobbs Creek.
Funeral services were held on Wednesday August 5 at 2 p.m. at Foster's Funeral Home, Blakes conducted by Rev. J. W. Simmons pastor of Spring Hill Baptist Church of which she was a member.
Interment was in the Chisley (sic) family cemetery at Dixie
Active pallbearers were Ray Callis, Marvin Matthews, Irvin Fitchett, Eddie Fitchett, Martin Collins and Howard Hudgins.
