WARM SPRINGS WOMAN DROWNED IN CISTERN. Mrs. Grant Coe, wife of a well known farmer of the Warm Springs community, was drowned in a cistern at the family home last Friday. Nothing is known about how she happened to fall into the cistern. She was last seen about her household duties near nine o'clock Friday morning. No one reported seeing her in the neighborhood of the cistern and the fact that she was drowned was not discovered until late Friday afternoon. When the body was removed from the water, it was thought to have been lifeless for several hours. Funeral services were held Sunday afternoon and interment was made in Macedonia cemetery.
