According to a source note written by ancestor researchers refers to a cemetery transcription of Johnston Cemetery located in Reyno, Randolph County, Arkansas and indicates that Steve Looney "said that at one time Grant's grave was marked with a metal type marker, but doesn't think it any longer exists."
This cemetery transcription can no longer be found online.
By looking at the DC, he was transported to Pocahontas, Arkansas for embalming. I would have thought he would have been buried with his wife in Macedonia Cemetery.
If this burial happens to be in the wrong location, please notify me as I can move it to another location.
