Graveside services for A.W. "Dub" Crisp Jr., 70, of North Richland Hills are scheduled for 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wesley Chapel Cemetery in Van Zandt County with the Rev. Don Teague officiating.

A memorial service is scheduled for 4:30 p.m. Wednesday at Davis Memorial United Methodist Church in North Richland Hills with the Rev. Grady Brittain officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home of Mabank.

Mr. Crisp was born in 1929 in Van Zandt County to Alvin and Eva Mae Paschall Crisp.

He graduated from Adamson High School.

He served in the U.S. Marine Corps during the Korean Conflict.

He moved to Fort Worth in 1963 and established Crisp Equipment Company. He retired in 1985.

He was interested in horses and was involved in many equestrian activities, including the Tarrant County Sheriff's Posse.

He was an active member of Davis Memorial United Methodist Church and was a Mason.

Mr. Crisp was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Pat Crisp; and sisters, Eva Lorene Teague and Mettawee Decker.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Avis Crisp of North Richland Hills; son, David Crisp of Dallas; daughters and sons-in-law, Sharon and Larry Wadsworth of Arlington and Cheryl and Dean Clemens of Franklin, Tenn.; sisters, Mary Hendricks of Marble Falls and Jackie Swindle of Kemp; grandchildren, Kristen Clemens and Andrew Clemens of Franklin, Tenn.; and many nieces, nephews and other family members.

Memorials may be made to the Endowment Fund at Davis Memorial United Methodist Church.
