A graveside service for Jackie Crisp Swindle, of Kaufman, will be held 2 pm Monday, May 15, 2023, at Haven of Memories Memorial Park in Canton with Bro. Robert Webb officiating, under the direction of Eubank Funeral Home in Canton.

Jackie passed away on May 12, 2023 in Kaufman, Texas. She was born 100 years ago on March 30, 1923 to Alvin and Eva Mae Paschall Crisp in the Prairieville Community. Jackie graduated from Mabank High School in 1940, then moved to Dallas. She met and married Alvin C. Wright and they had two sons. They moved to Xenia, Ohio for a short time and then back to Dallas. Alvin died in 1962, then Jackie and Anthony Swindle were married in 1993. Both sons preceded her in death. Roger Lynn Wright in 1991 and Larry Dean Wright in 2001. Anthony Swindle also preceded her in death, as well as two brothers and three sisters.

Jackie is survived by twelve nieces and nephews and a step-son, Michael Swindle of Hanover, PA.

Throughout her long life she loved and was loved by her family and many friends. Jackie worked for many years as a receptionist for Dr. Arthur Gottlich and Dr. William Santangelo in Dallas. Jackie was a member of Lake Highland Methodist Church in Dallas.
