DIED – APRIL 25, 2003 ** HASTEN ARTHUR, 91, in Cabell Huntington Hospital. Born July 8, 1911, in Cabell County, a son of the late Ike and Laura Fuller Arthur. He was preceded in death by his wife, Eunice Cyrus Arthur; three brothers, Charley, Buck and Junior Arthur; one sister, Ethil Douglas; and one son, Kenneth D. Arthur. Survivors include four sons, Raburn Harold Arthur, Paul Odell Arthur, Arvel Hasten Arthur and Billy Jack Arthur; two daughters-in-law, Paula Arthur and Eleanor Arthur; one brother, Willy Bill Arthur; one sister, Louella Morrison. Burial April 28, 2003 at Elmwood Cemetery, Wayne.
