R. M. Alexander Rites Slated
Services for R. M. Alexander, 88, will be held in the Mutual Service Chapel Tuesday at 1 p.m. The former Decatur merchant died at his Morgan County residence about 12 a.m. Saturday.
Rev. Martin will conduct the rites and burial will follow in the Basham Cemetery, Mutual Service directing.
Surviving the life-long Morgan County resident are: his wife, Mrs. Maggie Alexander and a son, Robert F. of Ohio.
Pallbearers for the funeral will be: Tom Mills, Irvin Brown, Herbert Bates, Jesse Parks, Jim Barnes and Jesse Alexander.
