OBITUARIES
Mrs. Irene Dutcher
Mrs. Irene C. Dutcher (sic), 90, California, died Sunday at the ConvalCare Home, California, following a lingering illness.
She was born March 25, 1887, at Burns, Kan., the daughter of John and Isabelle James Stevens. She was married Feb. 19, 1908, to Horace Dutcher, who died April 4, 1943.
Mrs. Dutcher was a member of the High Point Baptist Church.
Survivors include: Five sons, John E. Dutcher, High Point, Charles H. Dutcher, Wichita, Kan., Lester Dutcher, Indpendence, and Garland and Kenneth Dutcher, both of California; one daughter, Mrs. Ruby Smith, Independence; one brother, Clifford Stevens, Eldon; 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the High Point Baptist Church, with the Rev. Lee Schaffer and the Rev. R. C. Reichert officiating. Burial will be in the High Point Cemetery, under the direction of the Bowlin Funeral home, California.
