She is also survived by two daughters, Janet Bennett and Karen Cline, both of Pleasant Plains; two sons, Franklin Cline (wife, Becky) of Jacksonville and Robert Cline (wife, April) of Timewell; seven grandchildren, Aaron (wife, Stephanie) and Joshua Bennett, Garrett, Logan and Ashley Cline, Morgan Fry and Adam Dobson; a brother, Robert Conkey of Phoenix; four sisters, Ruth Clasing of Peoria, Marge Thompson of Litchfield, Alice Reiser (husband, John) of Ashland and Mary Adams of Jacksonville; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; and two brothers, Ray and John Conkey.
Mrs. Cline was a graduate of Chillicothe High School. After raising her children, she was affiliated with the City of Virginia as City Clerk, bookkeeper and secretary over 27 years. She also provided bookkeeping services for Roy French Construction, Briar TV, Wheelhouse TV and her husband's service station. She was a longtime member of Virginia United Methodist Church where she served on numerous committees. She was a formerly active with the Virginia BBQ and Cass County Home Extension.
Services were entrusted to Buchanan and Cody Funeral Home of Virginia, Illinois.
