The deceased passed away in the ripeness of years, dying at the age of seventy. He had been in poor health for several years. All who knew him, knew him as an honorable, kind, true man. We knew him only in his sunset days, but we remember the man to honor him. We are without the history of his life, but will, in our next issue, give fitting mention on this head. As is generally known, Mr. Bausman was the father of Mr. J. B. Bausman, formerly City Engineer, of Mr. Jule Bausman, now in Utah, of Mr. A. C. Bausman, Superintendent of Mills & Co's. Bindery, and of Mrs. P. F. Bartle.
