Mr. Biggs, a native of Moffat, Colo., moved to Chandler one year ago. He was a wholesale distributor for Chevron Oil Co. Survivors include his wife, Lois; son David of Chandler; five grandchildren; mother Ethel of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one brother and four sisters.
