Isaac III's infant brother, Isaac II, became ill on the crossing of the Atlantic aboard the "Echo" in 1841, died about mid March and was buried at sea. (Source: Family History Resource File, Mormon Immigration Index, Ships Account, "The Echo".)
Isaac III is often confused with this baby lost at sea, but was born more than a year after the ocean crossing of his family.
He married Ann Barnes 11 April 1867 at Salt Lake City, SL, UT and is the father of twelve children.
