Joseph Elmer Vickers, 33 years old, of Noel, died at 8 o'clock last night in St. John's Hospital where he was admitted early in the afternoon as a medical patient. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Terlina [sic] Vickers and five children, all at home. The body was taken to Oklahoma for funeral services and burial. [obviously a misunderstanding when information given. It appears they thought his wife's name was 'Perlina', who was actually his mother]
