The funeral service will be at 11 a. m. Tuesday at First Baptist Church with
burial in Crown Hill Cemetery. The Revs. Glen Money and Dr. James M. Ramsey
will officiate.
A native of Worth County, Mr. Barfield lived in Albany for the past 50
years. He was a retired cattle farmer and a member of First Baptist Church.
Survivors include his wife, Betty Ruis Barfield of Albany; a son, Greg
Barfield, of Gulf Breeze, Fla.; two sisters, Lula B. Burdette of Ty Ty Ty,
Juanita B. Copeland of Sebring, Fla.; two brothers, W. J. Barfield and Raymond
Barfield, both of Albany; and one granddaughter.
Visitation will be 7 - 8:30 p. m. today at Kimbrell-Stern Funeral Directors.
