Edna Juanita Barfield Copeland, 96, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Sunday, April 22, 2018, at Perry Hospital in Perry, Gerogia.
Mrs. Coperland was born Jan. 19, 1922, in Worth County, Georgia, to the late Jasper and Ida Kendall Barfield, one of nine children. She was active during World War II building parts to be sent for the war. She married Joe Copeland, to whom she was married for 66 years, and she was always a homemaker.
Survivors are her children, Benita Gay (Norman), Janice Nickerson (Dana), and Danny Copeland (Denise); 3 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.
