Robert, 76, of Leslie, died in Sparrow Hospital, Lansing. He was born to Fred Rudolph & Minnie May Stid Howery.
Robert was a Mason High School graduate in 1929.
Mr. Howery was an area farmer, life long resident of Leslie and member of the Mason Senior Citizens.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Esther; and brother, Albert, both in 1970.
Surviving are 1 daughter, Mrs. Theron (Helen) Smith of Lansing and 1 son Roger and his wife, Peggy of Mason; 4 grandchildren, Steve and his wife, Linda Smith, Stacy Smith, Mrs. Troy (Kimberly) Sika, and Mechelle Howery Hanson and many good friends and Neighbors.
The memorial service was held Thursday at the Gorsline-Runciman Ball-Dunn Chapel, Mason with Rev. Herbert K. Cherry and Rev. Theron Smith officiating.
