He is survived by his wife of fifteen years Darlene E. Tolley; sisters Clea Moss, Lois Campbell, & Dion Cuthbert; brother Ted Tolley, sons Stephen J. Tolley Sr., Gregory A. Tolley, Rodney S. Tolley, Tobey A. Tolley, & Nicholas S. Tolley; daughters Sandra G. Tolley, Dorinda D. Ruppel, & Roxanne R. Ray. He also leaves behind 21 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
He served with the U. S. Air Force in the Korean and Vietnam wars and was honorably discharged as Major.
Services were entrusted to Beresford Funeral Home of Houston, Texas.
