Ted is preceded in death by his first wife, Isolde Tolley; parents, Ernest Theodore Tolley Sr. and June Chandler; 2 brothers Harold Tolley, Donald George Tolley; and three sisters, Ellen Tolley, Clea Matson, and Lois Campbell.
His survivors include his loving wife, Estelle Tolley of Saucier, MS; two daughters, Linda Tolley of Newport News, VA, and Deborah Patricia Baker of New Kent, VA; one step-daughter, Tammy Mathews; 2 step-sons, Chester Cook and Joey Cook of D'Iberville; 5 grandchildren; 1 great-grandson; and one sister, Deon Cuthbert of Oren, UT.
Visitation will be held from 11 AM-12:30 PM on Friday at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. November 27, 2015.
