Mrs. Edith E. Conley
Mrs. Edith E. Conley, 85, died at 4:05 a.m. yesterday at the home of her son, the Rev. Forest Weddle, 4018 Avondale Drive, where she had lived the past year.
She was a member of royal Neighbors Camp, Valparaiso, and Eastwood Chapel Church. Also surviving are two step-daughters, Mrs. Reland Sheets and Mrs. Alma Farnham, Fort Wayne; seven grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Her husband, Christopher, died in 1962.
Services will be at 2:30 Wednesday in Chalfant-Perry-Klaehn Funeral Home, the Rev. Phillip Philbrook and the Rev. Ralph J. Scantlin officiating. Burial will be in Poe Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday.
