Albert Carl Allen, 88, of Parkersburg died Dec. 5, 2006, at The Willows.
He was born in Tyler County, son of the late Samuel and Effie Baker Allen. He was retired from the W.Va. Department of Highways.
He is survived by two sons, Henry Allen of Parkersburg and Leroy Adams of Waverly; two stepsons, Richard and Bobby Adams, both of Parkersburg; three daughters, Cindy Mason of Parkersburg, Kathy Adams of Belpre and Kim Adams of Vienna; a sister, Evaline Deem of Parkersburg; 23 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son; two brothers; and three sisters.
Services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Lambert-Tatman Funeral Home, south Parkersburg, with Jim Lynch officiating. Burial will be in the Creel Cemetery at Davisville. Friends may call from noon until time of services Saturday at the funeral home.
