Officiating will be Bro. Jim Manning assisted by Rev. Mike Milstead. Interment will follow at Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery.Mrs. Atkins passed away on Monday, July 19th, in Vernon following a brief illness. She was a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband William Hardy Atkins.Survivors include her son William Lavon Atkins and wife Pat of Vernon, LA; her grandchildren Preston Atkins and wife Pat of West Monroe, Reagan Atkins and wife Monica, Elliott Atkins and wife Quintana all of Vernon, LA; eight great grandchildren, three great-great grandsons; two sisters Sarah Jones and Wilalie Mae Harris both of Vernon, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Preston Atkins, Reagan Atkins, Justin Atkins, Jerred Atkins, Tyler Atkins and Thomas Harris.Memorials may be made to Mt.
