Rev. Johnathon Dipboye while sitting in his chair at his home on North Main Street, Summitsville, Sunday at 1 PM, was seized with an affection of the heart and expired immediately. He was Summitsville's oldest resident and if he would have lived to September would have been 85 years of age. He was born in New Market, VA and emigrated to Indiana over 40 years ago. He was pastor of the New Light Christian faith and has held many charges. He retired from an active life years ago. He was married four times and leaves a widow and 11 children, 10 adults.
