Mrs. Margaret Waymire 68, widow of Rudolph Waymire, died at her home in the southern part of this township Tuesday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Her husband died in 1906 and she is survived by four of her five children, Oliver and Alva residing in this township, Charles of Elwood and Mrs. Arch Jackley of Frankton. There are nine grandchildren. Mrs. Jesse Cummins, near Middletown; Mrs. R. Adams, Indianapolis and Mrs. George Mays of Frankton are sisters. A.J. Dipboye of Columbus formerly superintendent of the Madison County schools and Rev Joseph Dipboye of Elwood are brothers. Mrs.Waymire was the aunt of Mrs.Margaret Gates, Frank Cummins and Sanford Adams of Anderson. Mrs.Waymire was a daughter of the late Jonathan Dipboye,a pioneer Christian Church Minister of the County who resided at Summitville for a number of years. She was prominent in the work of the Christian Church at Dundee and has resided on the farm where she died for 47 years. The funeral services have not been announced but will likely be held Friday afternoon.
