Tammy Terry Benedict, 37, of rural Bluffton died of injuries sustained in an auto collision.
She was born at Muncie Oct. 24, 1961 and had attended Blackford County High School at Hartford City. She was a member of the Westside United Baptist Church in Muncie and the American Legion Post Auxiliary in Bluffton.
Surviving are her father, Fred Dolen of Muncie; her mother and stepfather, Betty (Waters) Stevens and Don Stevens of Montpelier; a companion, David Schocke of Bluffton; three children, Joshua and Melissa Terry of Vernon Hill, Va., and Tonya Terry of Bluffton; two brothers, Barry Dolen and Rodney Dolen, both of Montpelier; and her grandmother, Mrs. Mae Waters of Stearns, Ky.
A son, Jeremiah W. Terry, died in 1996.
