Nadine Grett, eldest daughter of Hilda Ukens (1905-1993) and Frank Grett (1902-1982), was born on January 26, 1930. She graduated from Wichita North High School in 1948, married Paul Hawkins February 21, 1948 and had 2 children, Timothy Eugene Hawkins b.7-16-1951, and Jana Kaye Comyford b.5-1-1953. She loved baseball and the Pittsburg Pirates was her favorite team. An avid reader she preferred murder mysteries and enjoyed watching Perry Mason on tv. She moved to Fort Worth Texas in August 1962 and died on July 1, 1968 from cancer.
