Mrs. Jones, 70, of Dunlo Dies

DUNLO – Mrs. Sarah (McManus) Mackey – Jones, 70, died at 8:45 o'clock last evening at her home here. She was twice married. Her first husband, George Mackey, expired in 1910. She married Clarence T. Jones on Jan. 20, 1915.
Surviving are her second husband and 10 children: Mrs. Josiah Jones, Dunlo; George Mackey; Buffalo, N.Y.; Mrs. Leonard Smith, Houtzdale; Mrs. Henry Fox, Mrs. James J. Caroff and Mrs. James B. Caroff, Dunlo; James, Cleveland, O.; Clarence, Alexandria, Va.; Cpl. Berwyn, with the Army in France, and Clifford, radarman second class with the Navy. The deceased also leaves a sister, Mrs. James Lynch of Pittsburgh, and two brothers and three other sisters residing in Scotland.
Mrs. Jones was born in Scotland on Apr. 21, 1875, a daughter of Peter and Mary (Curry) McManus. After coming to America , she reisided at Broad Top, Bedford County, before locating here. The deceased was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church.
The Diamond Funeral Home South Fork, is in charge of arrangements.

Sweetest memories, fond and true,
Will ever remain, dear mother, of you.
