Bernard F. "Jeep" Bennett, 87, Eagleville, passed away Friday, August 19, 2011 at the Crestview Nursing Home in Bethany, MO.
He was born June 14, 1924 in Laconia, IA, the son of Otto and Mabel (Keene) Bennett.
On January 14, 1956, he married Donna Stanley in Trenton, MO. She survives at the home.
He worked as a heavy equipment operator.
Survivors in addition to his wife are daughters, Connie (Dwight) Tomes, Janice (Larry) Lamb, Kristy (Mitch) Willis and Rebecca (Danny) Lisle; sons, Keith Bennett and Stanley (Kim) Bennett; sisters, Louise (Bob) Wormington and Wanda (Fred) Krammer; brothers, Otto L. (Susie) Bennett and Vernon Dean (Joan) Bennett; grandchildren, Angie White (Will Holt), Valerie (Grady) Hoofer, Ryan (Stephanie) Andrew, Shelly, Travis and Dusty Lamb, Lori Willis, Chad (Shelly) Willis, Matt (Emma) Willis, Jason (Rachelle) Lisle, Brandon Lisle, Carrie (Curtis) Smith, Nathan (Shatara) Lisle, Savannah, Breann and Dillon Bennett, and Bryant and Samantha Bennett; great grandchildren, Michael, Bryan, and Megan White, Samson Hoofer, Jacob Andrew, Brandon and Megan Adair, Tia Cox, Braden, Tristan, and Alyssa Andrew, Bailee Lamb, Landon and Lane Willis, Kamden Lisle, Madi, Maci, and Treavor Lisle, Ellie Grace Smith, and Parker Ann Lisle and great great grandchild, Keara Andrew.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Orval Wayne, Edwin and Keith; sisters, Lanelle Apple, Mary Ann Russell, Lorene Brown and Norma Heinline and grandson, Todd Andrew.
