Mrs Catherine M Curran, 50, 6500 Kansas [Avenue], died Tuesday at Bethany Medical Center.
She was a lifelong resident here.
Mrs Curran was a member of the Old London Heights Methodist Church. She was a member of the Mendias Chapter No 1 of the order of the Eastern Star.
Surviving are her husband, Harold E Curran Sr, of the home; a son, Harold E Curran Jr, Kansas City, Kansas; a daughter, Mrs Vinita Canright, Osawatomie, Kansas; her mother and stepfather, Mr and Mrs Thomas E Cheyney, four sisters, Mrs Rexine Masters, Mrs Lorene Smith, Mrs Jacqueline Phillips, and Mrs Colleen Hubbard, all of KCK; a stepsister, Mrs Arleyne Hogan, Leavenworth, and two grandchildren.
Mrs Curran willed her body to the University of Kansas Medical Center.
Memorial services will be at 3:30 pm Friday at the Grandview Methodist Church, 67th and Leavenworth [Road, KCK].
