Mrs, Holsenbeck was a retired teacher who taught fo 28 years at Cooperville Junior High School and Midway Elementary School.

Survivors include two sons, Edward Ray Holsenbeck Jr.of Tucker and John Marshall Holsenbeck of Milledgeville; two daughters Amelia Clyde Holsenbeck of Milledgeville and Betty Lou Grenken of Jacksonville, Fla,; six sister-in-laws, Ruth Cranford, Winnie Holsenbeck and Alma Holsenbeck, all of Milledgeville, Vickie Holsenbeck of Plantation, Fla. Juanita Sullivan of Jacksonville and Edna Cardona of Manitou Springs, Conn. 10 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; and a great great grandchild.
