Amelia Clyde Holsenbeck, 74, died Monday, December 10, 2001, in an Augusta hospital. Services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First United Methodist Church, with Dr. Harold Lawrence officiating. Burial will be in Memory Hill Cemetery.

Mrs. Holsenbeck was a native Putnam County, but made her home in Milledgeville for many years. She was the daughter of the late Ruby Haynes and Edward Ray Holsenbeck, Sr. She was a retired employee of J.P. Stevens & Co. and a member of First United Methodist Church.

Survivors include two brothers, Edward Ray Holsenbeck, Jr. and John M. Holsenbeck, Sr. of Thomaston; a sister, Betty L. Gercken of Jacksonville, Fla.; and a number of nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, contribution may be made to First United Methodist Church Building Fund.

The family will be at Moores Funeral Home from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday.
