OBITUARY
She was married to Mr. Elzea BERRYMAN, when quite a young woman. To this union was born a son, Raymond, who died when but two years of age.
About 47 years ago, Mrs. BERRYMAN was converted to Christ in special meetings conducted by the Rev. And Mrs. John Nelson, and became a charter member, and was until her decease the oldest member, of the First Assembly of God Church of Taft.
Mrs. BERRYMAN was a devoted Christian who gave herself to the service of Christ and His Church, working in its very different activities, and until she became quite aged rarely missed a service of the church. She was a faithful witness for Christ, a good friend and helpful neighbor.
Survivors are: her four nieces, Mrs. Constance MOORE of Bakersfield, Mrs. Helen FLINT of Los Angeles, Mrs. Pauline JACKSON of Hanford, Mrs. Doris MOREY of Superior, Arizona; four grand-nephews and three grad-nieces, and many friends who "sorrow not as others who have no hope", but rather rejoice with her that she has had an abundant entrance into the Presence of the Lord whom she dearly loved.
