Betty Lou Wood, 70, of Pensacola, died Sunday, November 14, 1999, at a local hospital.
Mrs. Wood was a native of Etowah, Tenn., and a member of Circle Baptist Church. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, James and Janet Wood of Pensacola; a daughter, Cindy Plumley; two grandchildren, Scott and Jeremy Plumley; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Jack and Lois Jones of Chicago, Ill. and John Michael and Sue Jones of Cleveland, Tenn.; a half-sister and her husband, Ethleen and Wint Key of Tenn.; and special friends, Hubert and Willie Mosley.
Graveside services will be 11:45 a.m. Wednesday, November 17, 1999, at Barrancas National Cemetery with the Rev. Steve Bailey officiating.
Interment will be in Barrancas National Cemetery.
FAITH CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME, 100 Beverly Pkwy, is in charge of arrangements.
Friends may call at Faith Chapel Tuesday evening from 5 to 8 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Circle Baptist Church.
