MARION, Ill., - Lloyd Boatright, 87, of Marion, formerly of Brushy, died at 3:40 p.m. Wednesday at Franklin Skilled care Unit.
His wife, Elsie, died in 1985.
Surviving the retired coal miner and farmer are two daughters, Vivian Stevenson of Marion and Lillian Moore of Galatia; two sons, Jimmie of Newburgh, Ind., and Jack of Harrisburg; two brothers, Wilburn of Marion and Walter of Decatur; eight grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandchild.
Services will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Sloan Funeral Home in Galatia, with burial in Ebenezer Cemetery.
Friends may call from 4 60 9 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
