The widow of Charles Gardner died Friday as the result of injuries received thirteen weeks ago when she fell on the floor and broke her hip. She was not able to take a step during that time. She leaves three daughters, Mrs. Arthur Hoose, with whom she lived, Mrs. John Peet, living in New Lisbon, and Mrs. O. A. Smith of Hartwick, and nine grandchildren. She was just past her eighty third birthday. Her funeral was held Sunday, Rev. Graves officiating and she was laid in the Mt. Vision cemetery by the grave of her husband.
