Gloria June Bradler, of La Pine, went to be with the Lord, Tuesday, February 2, 2010, of cancer. She was 65. A memorial service will be held at Christian Life Center in Bend, Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010 at 1 p.m. in the Fellowship Hall. Gloria was born on June 22, 1944, in Avondale Estates, GA. She graduated from Rincon High School in Tucson, AZ, in 1962. Gloria loved making crafts of all kinds, collected roosters, was a great dancer, enjoyed making greeting cards, and was a tremendous cook. Gloria married Tom Bradler on Aug. 13, 1994. They were together for 25 years with the last seven years living in La Pine, OR. Gloria is survived by her two children, Nanette and Jeff Westhof; and their father, Jerry Westhof; her first husband, her second husband, Tom Bradler; one brother George Hendrix; eight sisters, Barbara Moates, Shirley Funk, Freida King, Farris Dwinell, Carol Tatman, Maxine Williams, Janice Gordon, Phyllis Binns; two step-children, Chris and Chad Bradler; and six step-grandchildren: Bryant, David, Jared, Mackenzie, Marah, Rylee Bradler. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents, Alfred and Nora Hendrix; and two brothers, Cecil and Alfred Hendrix. Her ashes will be scattered by her daughter and son in Tucson, AZ, thas she called her home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice Center, 2075 N.E. Wyatt Court, Bend, OR 97701, or The cancer society of American.
